Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days

Next day delivery takes 1 working day (Monday–Friday). Please ensure your order is placed before 12pm to qualify for next working day delivery.

Our socks are made using high-quality, ethically sourced materials from vetted factories. We’re proud of our craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We recommend turning dark-coloured socks inside out and washing them at cooler temperatures to reduce fading. Each product also includes fabric and care instructions specific to the material used.

Yes! We offer a range of fabrics designed to be gentle on the skin.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items in new condition unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags attached)—within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at admin@sockateur.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund. We can return the items to you at your expense.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Your purchase is automatically covered under our lifetime warranty. If your socks show any unusual wear or defects, email us at admin@sockateur.com with a description and images. We’ll be happy to help.

Our socks are part of our core collection and are regularly restocked—they're not limited editions. If something is sold out, email us at admin@sockateur.com with the product name in the subject line. We can provide a restock timeline or arrange a pre-order for you.
