Returns & Refunds

You may return items that are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at admin@sockateur.com with your order number, details, and reason for return. 

For orders within the UK, a £2.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund, net of any restocking fee, will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for any refunds to be reflected on your statement. 

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.

We are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please reach out to admin@sockateur.com and indicate your desired exchange item(s).

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to issue the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items, unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery costs from your order.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
